The aim of the research is to enhance SLAB’s understanding of the experiences of people involved in resolving child contact disputes where legal aid funding is in place. The research will be used to help SLAB learn more about the journey people go through when they have a child contact dispute and about how the availability and structures of public funding for legal services might affect decision making and outcomes in child contact disputes.
