Context

The Programme for Government 2018 committed Ministers to engage extensively with local government, businesses, the third sector, home owners, tenants and others to plan together for how our homes and communities should look and feel in 2040 and the options and choices to get there. The first phase of stakeholder engagement / consultation on Ht2040 has already taken place and the outcomes will be published later in May, a which time, and if time permits, a copy will be made available.
