To also establish a School of Leadership in Dementia to enable new and existing leaders to learn from each other.

III.2.2) Contract performance conditions

- Lead partner must be clearly identified and able to hold and competently distribute funds received from the Life Changes Trust. The lead partner will be accountable for reporting to the Trust on a regular basis

- The Policy and Practice Forum must be accessible from anywhere in Scotland.

- Every forum group must include people with dementia and unpaid carers wherever possible

- Travel and support costs should be made available to people with dementia and unpaid carers

- The Policy and Practice Forum must develop a strong relationship with the Scottish Parliament's Cross-party Group on Dementia and with the Scottish Government's Monitoring and Implementation Group for Scotland's Third National Dementia Strategy.

- Human rights must be at the heart of the School of Leadership

- The School of Leadership should organise at least two residential learning opportunities each year and three 'keeping in touch' meetings.
