Scottish Borders Council are re-awarding the Council's Repairs and Maintenance Framework and in advance are hosting in conjunction with the Supplier Development Programme PCS and PCS-Tender Training at Council Headquarters on the 27th of June and the 4th of July 2019 at 18.30.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Scottish Borders Council (SBC) has a wide ranging estate and an estimated annual budget for repairs and maintenance work of around 4.7million GBP. The Property Management Team at Scottish Borders Council manage repairs and maintenance to upkeep and upgrade the fabric of over 800 Council Buildings.
SBC are seeking a multi trade, multi supplier framework for a reactive repairs and maintenance service, which can be called from as and when necessary. We intend publishing our framework in lots inviting bids from suitably qualified trade contractors
The framework opportunity will be published during w/c 24th of June on this site. Contractors will, be required to submit their responses on PCS-tender.

We are hosting Training Sessions for any contactors who are not familiar with PCS and PCS-tender to assist when preparing and submitting tenders in these national solutions.

A well as hosting these training sessions on the 27th of June and 2nd of July at 18.30 at Council Headquarters the Council will have a drop in session at the same venue on the 4th of July from 14.00 - 19.00hrs for any contractor wishing to find out more about this framework which will be operational for a 4 year period from the 1st October 2019. Please see attached documents for details of how to register for these free to attend training events being ran by the Supplier Development team and also the 18 Lots being awarded.
