A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

The notional value of the contract equates to around 80 Community Benefit points (see guidance document within PCS-Tender). Specific Community Benefit Outcomes should be identified, based on the Community Benefits Menu. It is not intended to be prescriptive. However, for demonstration purposes, Employment Benefits comprising a new entrant job, new start apprentice and support for an existing apprentice would create 50 points while engagement with SMEs/third sector organisations could result in at least 20 points. A named individual should be indicated as being responsible for delivery, if appointed. This should be supported with a Community Benefits Method Statement setting out how the benefits offered would be achieved.
