As the Event Staging Partner and Contracting Authority IMG (UK) Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of Temporary Structures (Tentage, Grandstands and Scaffolding) for the duration of the event.

As noted at Section 1.14 of the ITT "Tenderers will be granted access to the host venue at Gleneagles in order to conduct a site inspection prior to submitting their proposal. Accordingly the Purchaser shall set aside one day during the tender period where tenderers will have guided access."
Consequently we have secured access to the course as follows:

one hour time slots available:
08:30am – 09:30am 10:00am – 11:00am 11:30am – 12:30pm 14:00pm – 15:00pm
There are no specific requirements for the day, although some waterproof clothing and suitable footwear is recommended.
To arrange a time slot [please contact tom.hogg@img.com. Appointments will be allocated strictly on a 'first come first served' basis.
Please advise Tom how many of them will be attending (no more than four persons) and the names and positions of each individual.
Finally, please note that that this is a site visit only to assist in preparation of your proposal and is not intended to form any part of the tender evaluation process. The duration of the visit will be spent outside.
