The Council is looking for innovative products, technologies and infrastructure that can be deployed to improve the management of existing parking assets in the city and enhance the experience of parking in the city.
Solutions should also increase the ability to develop other products, technologies and services that will in turn increase the use of shared mobility solutions or reduce the use of fossil fuelled vehicles. Solutions may also provide improved data on the status of transport infrastructure or services.
The Council is willing to consider a broad range of potential infrastructure technology and data management solutions, but has a strong interest in optimising its parking assets and electric vehicle charging points.

A number of cities around the globe have benefitted from the deployment of citywide bike hire schemes. This has often increased access to bikes for visitors and residents, with associated health, wellbeing and environmental benefits
The Council is interested in understanding the market appetite for the deployment of a zero-cost bike hire scheme within Dundee. The scheme must be able to be deployed and operate effectively with minimum officer input and without the need for any capital or operational funding by Council.
