Cycling Scotland would like to invite interested parties to submit proposals based on the information within the Invitation to Tender.

Cycling Scotland requires a provider of Automatic Cycle Counters to continue expanding the National Monitoring Framework (NMF). The NMF is an ambitious project which aims to deliver an Scotland-wide approach to monitoring cyclig mode share, complementing existing monitoring schemes.
