It is a requirement of this tender that accommodation is provided within a 20 miles radius of the East Dunbartonshire Council area boundary.

The Authority expressly reserves the right;

1) Not to award any contract for either all or some of the lots as a result of the procurement process commenced by the publication of this notice;

2) to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition.

Also in no circumstances will the Authority be liable for any costs incurred by the Tenderer(s).

As detailed in the statement of requirements, bookings shall be made after taking into consideration all necessary requirements of the service user before selecting the most appropriate accommodation to suit their needs.
This is a reactive service, based on the needs of the service user at the point of need, which can vary considerably.
