It is a requirement of this tender that accommodation is provided within a 20 miles radius of the East Dunbartonshire Council area boundary.

The Authority expressly reserves the right;

1) Not to award any contract for either all or some of the lots as a result of the procurement process commenced by the publication of this notice;

2) to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition.

Also in no circumstances will the Authority be liable for any costs incurred by the Tenderer(s).

The Authority will incorporate a 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of the contract is communicated with tenderers.
