List and brief description of conditions:

All tenders must have current registration with constructionline.*

Any tenders submitted who are not registered with constructionline will be disqualified.

All workers on site need to have valid PVG checks in place

1.2.4 To ensure compliance with the requirements of this Condition and subject to the written consent of the subject of the Disclosure, the Supplier will share the findings of the Disclosure with the Council on request.

*Bidders are welcome to demonstrate other forms of quality accreditation which they feel are of are euqal or greater standard than Constructionline although it is the Bidder's responsibilty to demonstrate this and acceptance of such as an acceptable alternative is at the Council's discretion.

III.1.2) Economic and financial standing

List and brief description of selection criteria:

The Authority will use an independent credit scoring organisation namely Creditsafe, to conduct appropriate financial probity checks. An unsatisfactory report may result in further detailed financial checks.

By submitting a tender return, bidders are confirming that, should they be successful, they will hold the agreed levels of insurance indicated below for the duration of the contract.

Public Liability GBP 5,000,000

Professional Indemnity GBP 5,000,000

Employers Liability – compliance with minimum legislative values
