III.1.3) Technical and professional ability

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.

Bidders will be required to confirm details of the technicians or technical bodies who they can call upon, especially those responsible for quality control.

Bidders will be required to confirm that their managerial staff have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications.

Bidders should be able to produce certificates drawn up by independent bodies attesting that the bidder complies with the required quality assurance standards, including accessibility for disabled persons


Minimum level(s) of standards required:

Relevant experience includes:

1 Relevant experience of establishing frameworks (40% weighting)

2 Relevant experience of leading procurement at this scale / value management and managing deliveries (30% weighting)

3 Relevant experience of complex procurement, such as managing the procurement of multiple lots and a large number of bidders (15% weighting)

4 Relevant experience of working with “consortium” clients, obtaining consensus agreement to proceed to the next stage of the process and managing information flow and programme (15% weighting)

Relevant educational and professional qualifications of managerial staff:

Membership of RICS (or other national equivalent).
