Abstract: The Association has identified 178Nr. properties that will be covered by this contract. Scope of Works includes: Clean gutters front, rear and gable where appropriate, Rod and clear drop pipes, Make good any loose or leaking joints to gutters, Re-fix any loose or disconnected drop pipes, Carry out minor repairs during visit, Take before and after photographs, Provide annual roof condition report, Provide costs for significant repairs identified at time of visit and, if instructed, carry out the repairs, Provide weekly updates of completions throughout duration of contract, Provide all necessary access equipment to carry out the works and Test all existing roof anchors and provide test certificates for each property.
