VI.3) Additional information

This is for the Hire, Supply & Maintenance of Grounds Maintenance Equipment. The equipment hire would be seasonal, winter and Summer months. Hired equipment will only be delivered at the start of these periods.

The requirements are divided into two Lots.

Lot 1- Winter Grounds Maintenance Equipment

Lot 2 - Summer Grounds Maintenance Equipment

Suppliers are free to bid for one or both lots. However NHS Grampian retains the decision to award individual lots to different vendors or award both lots to a single supplier as long as it's economically advantageous to do so and also demonstrates value for money.

Interested suppliers will need to complete the Qualification Questionnaire (Master ITT) on PCS-Tender first before proceeding to Lots 1, 2 or both ITT for completion.

The contract will be governed by scots law and NHS Scotland terms & Conditions for the supply goods and associated services 2017 shall apply.
