The supply, erection and removal of scaffolding to Housing Properties and Public Buildings, owned or managed by the Council.

The types of scaffolding required are:

a) Chimney scaffold - gable, hipped and centre locations;

b) Independent scaffold - fully boarded and top lift boarded only;

c) Tower scaffold.

d) Ancillary work for the above, including, but not limited to, fan protection, hears fence protection, debris mesh net protection, roof handrails, access ladders, anchor ties etc.

e) Internal tower scaffolding.
