II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Authority is seeking a Contractor(s) for the supply of Associate Training services
Associate trainers will deliver training programmes on behalf of the Authority, which are designed to meet specific requirements, based upon a range of expertise held across its Faculties. Bidders must evidence that they have proven capability to provide this service.
The Authority conducting a procurement process to select and appoint a number of associates trainers to capacity build and develop its capability in specialist areas where there is anticipated demand by delivering a range of bespoke training provision to businesses chiefly in the Edinburgh & Lothians regions, but also anticipating demand UK wide and internationally.
Although the Authority only requires a single tender submission for each role it will be subject to a two-stage evaluation. The first stage will be a qualification and selection evaluation questionnaire that will be used to select bids which will be considered at stage two. Those bids which do not meet the minimum qualification and selection criteria will not be considered at stage two. Stage two will mark the technical and commercial tender submission that have passed stage one.
The information contained in the ITT is designed to ensure that completed Tender Responses are given equal and fair consideration. It is important that Tenderers provide all the information asked for in the format and order specified.
Tenderers must read the ITT carefully before submitting a Tender Response. Failure to comply with the instructions for completion and submission of a Tender Response will result in elimination from the procurement exercise.
