It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated:

Employers Liability Insurance minimum of GBP5m

Public Liability Insurance minimum of GBP5m

The Authority will use an independent credit scoring organisation, namely Creditsafe, to conduct appropriate financial probity checks. An unsatisfactory report may result in further detailed financial checks and/or exclusion from the process.
