Bidders must complete the European Single Procurement Document (Scotland). There are a number of conditions for participation/minimum requirements which are set out in the procurement documents. Details of these conditions, as well as the evaluation

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

ESPD Question reference 4B.1.1: Bidders will be required to have a minimum “general” yearly turnover of 50,000 GBP for the last 2 years.

ESPD Question reference 4B.3: Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up or started trading.

ESPD Question reference 4B.5.1: It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:
