The address of the project is Blar Mor, Fort William.

The works covered comprise:

- The construction of 117 Nr new social housing units comprising a mix of terraced, semi-detached, detached and flats. The flats are of traditional construction, whereas the houses are timber frame kit.

- The heating is currently proposed as Calor LPG with PV’s.

- The site is currently being platformed, and will be circa 600mm below finished plot levels.

- All associated external works, roads, sewers and landscaping
